Update 02/2024: The successor of Process Discovery and Pathfinder on Spotlight is now generally available: SAP Signavio Process Insights, discovery edition - to get more information read this blog. It is NOT possible to request Process Discovery, Pathfinder and Spotlight anymore.

Since last year the SAP Business Scenario Recommendations report provides you with tailor-made insights to build your case for SAP S/4HANA.

1. The well-known SAP Business Scenario Recommendations report as interactive PDF, perfect for raising the awareness of the business executive.
2. NEW: The Cloud-based version on Spotlight by SAP, providing an online experience and allowing the process expert to deep-dive into automation recommendations and usage-analysis, incl. custom code and partner code

• The content of the SAP Business Scenario Recommendations comes as an online version (in addition to the PDF)

• Insights about custom and partner code, to help you prioritize your activities in preparing your move to SAP S/4HANA and support a “back to standard”-discussion

• Process usage data, including the mapping of transactions to processes (aka scope items). This mapping can be easily adjusted (including custom code) to reflect your actual usage

• Recommendations for automation and optimization (including Machine Learning, Robotics, and more)

How can I get a SAP Business Scenario Recommendations on Spotlight?

With little effort you can request your own SAP Business Scenario recommendations on Spotlight report. Please follow the instructions and apply on your productive system SAP notes 2758146 and 2745851 . This will generate a zip-file containing the data we will need to generate the report.

The analysis in the Spotlight online application will be delivered to you automatically along with the PDF report.  The personalized access, as well as instructions on how to invite additional users, will be in the delivery email.

So all you need to do is to go to www.s4hana.com, complete the form, upload your data and submit it. The service is free-of-charge for customers on SAP maintenance.

Ist das nun nicht mehr von SAP gewollt - oder nur ein temporäres Problem?
