417 An authorization problem occurred while adding Sub Account in Cloud Connector

Hi,

I am trying to Configure by Adding Sub Account in SAP Cloud Connector and I am getting error message "417 An authorization problem occurred when downloading the configuration. Check the spelling of the subaccount name, user, and password."

could any one please help on this

Assuming you have fixed this issue but I would first check that the Userid you are entering has the Cloud Connector Administrator assigned in the BTP subaccount you are trying to access.
