Adding custom start conditions and step conditions in SAP S/4HANA flexible Workflow

While configuring workflow definitions for Purchase orders using the flexible workflow in SAP S/4 HANA, i find only a handful of conditions or functions such as total value of PO, Purchase Org, company code etc.. as start conditions and step conditions.

My workflow cannot be configured using these conditions but i need more fields from PO and also some complex logic. How can i do this ?
