Adjust mail content for recipients in process chain RSPC1

Hi, due to a dump in CL_ABAP_CONV_IN_CE (exception CX_SY_CONVERSION_CODEPAGE) I try to maintain the mail content of the document. We want to adjust the recipient list of mail out of list in table RSPCVARIANT. Most of the variants could be maintained. But some cause a dump. I do not find any way to maintain the body text of the mail content as it was maintained in a non-UC system it seems. Is there any chance to maintain the mail content in a visible way? It does not work in the dialog transaction RSPC1. Would be great if someone of you could help. Regards, Peter

Cause

The message causing the conversion error was created in a non-unicode system.

Resolution

Delete the messages in process chain variant and create them again in the Unicode system or transport them from a Unicode system.

You can identify the affected process chain in the dump. Please search for variant "I_VARIANT".
You can also find the affected entries in table RSPCVARIANT and search for the entry "VARIANTE".

Then open this chain in RSPC in order to find the variant with message.
