API call to add a dimension in Excel macro?

Hello,

I looked at the list of API calls for working with macro, but did not seem to see one for adding a new dimension to the report. Did I simply miss it? Or, it is something that cannot be done?

If it cannot be done, any idea if SAP will make it available in the future?

Also, in terms of making the API calls, is there any difference between "SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office" and "SAP Analyic Cloud, add-in for Microsoft Office"? Can we use the same API call in either, or just one? I think our SAP database is on-premise.
