I noticed that my applications were being stopped and I have to restart them everyday .manuallyLogs showed that the application was stopped by core.commercialization.foundation.on.duty@sap.com .Is it due to any limitation associated with trial accounts?

For cleanup purposes, applications stop automatically on a daily basis. You need to manually restart them when needed.
