You can use Access Method S if the printer is connected to a Windows print server running SAPSprint (SAP Note #894444).
You use Access Method G or F if the printer is defined in the Windows Print manager of the Frontend user's PC.
SWINCF should work for most printers.
Please also have a look at below SAP Note regarding supported fonts:

Maybe you can involve colleagues from BC-CCM-PRN component and open an incident. This is looking more complex.
For this case, it is printing an ALV list.
According to SAP Note 3133405 - Printing ABAP Lists with embedded Right-to-Left (RTL) text
According to this note,
By default, the BIDI algorithm is not applied when ABAP lists are printed and the language is not an RTL language like Hebrew or Arabic. Therefore the RTL text is not rendered correctly: It is written backwards, and Arabic text is not shaped.
You can enable the BIDI algorithm for printing ABAP lists with base direction LTR. To do that, run report RSCPSET_PARAM. Select the following input parameters:
Parameter: rtlinltr
Value: enable
Then press "Execute (F8)".
