BOE 4.1 Server Services not Strating after Upgrade

Hi Experts,

We have BOE 4.1 server in our environment. Everything was ok until we upgraded the server from SP4 patch 4 to SP5.

After up gradation all the services (AdaptiveJobServer, AdaptiveProcessingServer, etc.) except  CMS, InputFileRepository and OutFileRepository are in starting state.

Did anybody faced this issue? If yes kindly let us know what may have caused this problem.

We have to re-image the machine. then the problem got solved.

have seen similar issues before, though no one problem has been identified. I would run a repair install of the service pack to see if that helps. If not then restore from backups if available and re-run the upgrade, making sure that all anti-virus software is inactive during the installation.
