Hi JASIV, have a look at this kbase. It has several options to help you get a solution for this issue. One of them involves getting a temporary keycode for the install and trying your personal keycode after the install. You can get a temporary keycode from here.
Depending on your original keycode it may not be able to be used in a newer version, R&D updated the keycode format so getting a temp key as Jamie suggested might be the answer
Crystal Reports licenses typically have a limit on the number of times they can be activated. If you already activated the license on another machine, you may need to deactivate it from that machine before activating it on your new laptop.
