Broadcasting BEX 7 : No color or Table Gridlines

Hi All,

We are in the middle of migrating BEX 3.X query to BEX 7,

When we broadcast new query (MHTML Format) to Emails,

we get plain data with no formatting ..(No colors , Table grid lines Exceptions colors... )

How can we fix that ?

Yap, installation of the latest SP of the product resolved this issue,

I think it was 701 SP14 PL10 ,

but i advice to install the latest ,

Just check the output in RSRT or Analyzer. If evrything is ok there, then just re-activate your Broadcast settings once and try to broadcast again..

Hi Suman Chakravarthy K,

Let me please clarify my question,

When i run the Query using Query designer everything looks fine (Meaning i can see the right format with colors and Table grid lines and Exceptions colors etc.)

the problem occurs only when broadcasting the query (MHTML Format) to Emails,

(Just to be sure : I have checked the RSRT and it looks fine there , re-activate my Setting ... and still the same behavior)

Try with other formats like XHTML, PDF etc,, to see the layout comes correctly..

One quick question: Have you created freshly broadacsting settings with new Queries or migrated the old settings?

Problem only in MHTML (PDF works fine)

I have "Saved As" 3.5 query , and did i new setting for broadacsting,

Why did you save as 3.5? Please save as 7.0 query and create broadcast settings on top of it. It should work..

You can try to re-install your BEx front-end to latest GUI 7.03
