BTP Perfomance Issue - Failed to load destination

Hello together,

does someone also noticed since yesterday issues with Applications which are using Subaccount destinations? The request is sometimes successful and sometimes we get a 502 error. In the application log we see the following notice:

'Failed to load destination. Caused by: Failed to fetch subaccount destinations. Caused by: timeout of 10000ms exceeded'.
