Business Application Studio: Adaptation Project

Hello All,

I am looking for inputs for the below issues/queries. Appreciate your inputs on these.

1. How can we do a break out extension for custom built Fiori List Report application using Business Application Studio. Example I need to have a popover fragment for one of the table columns like this. Is adaptation project the answer ?

2. I created an adaptation project. But the visual editor is not opening up and in the console I see the below error.

We are running on SAP_UI 754 0005 and its not S/4.
