Hello,
I have encountered a strange issue, after completing the entire process flow of the change request the status of the change request is set to "Final Check Approved" the system generates Business partner numbers . However, when I click on the newly created/ generated business partners it ends up showing error. I cannot find this number in BUT000 or even search fails to fetch this newly created BP. Few points which helps to understand background
Any suggestions or recommendations are really helpful.
Please check for the MDG user having right authorization for creating BPs. Are you able to search for an existing BP in the MDG search? Please additionally also check the CVI mapping

However, when you say to check CVI is there anything specific that has to be taken care ... Can you please elaborate
