BW/4 Migration - issues Variables exit BADI

Hi all,

we are currently facing an issue during BW/4 Conversion when switching to B4H-mode.
We have implemented the new variables exit badi as described in SAP note 2458521.
In addition we also have deactivated the "old" CMOD customer exit method via SE18 but we are still getting the error message, that we need to switch to the new BADI enhancement spot method.

Message: Implement BADI RSROA_VARIABLES_EXIT_BADI instead of CMOD Exit or Variable
Old method is deactivated as in the screenshot below.

Also in the note there is the following hint

In the case of an inplace conversion, if the conversion takes place during an SAP BW/4 conversion, it might be the case that the customer exit is moved but is still listed as active in the SAP BW/4 check report. This is due to possible entries for EXIT_SAPLRRS0_001 in the table TFDIR and/or MODSAP. In this case, these must be deleted manually.

We have not found a possibility to delete the records from these tables so far.
How can we delete the entries or do we need to delete the funtion module direclty instead?
