Can I use SAP Cloud Applications Studio for implementing functions in C4C demo tenant?

Hi experts,

I use my own C4C(Cloud for Customer) demo tenant to test C4C functions.

I would like to implement C4C functions by SAP Cloud Application Studio.

But it suppose the following web site tell me that we have to contruct SAP Cloud Solution Partner Agreement(CSPA) for using this.

My questions are as below:

1. Can I use SAP Cloud Application Studio in C4C demo tenant without contructing CSPA?

2. Does CSPA cost?

Thank you for your response.

I have sent mail to solutionpartnerbydesign@sap.com and I receive automatic reply

that tell me I  have to send mail to CloudSolutionPartner@sap.com.

So I have done so.
