Cannot access WEBI report in BO 4.2 SP 5

Dear all

The situation is that user cannot access any of the WEBI reports via BI Launchpad and the current version is BO 4.2 SP5. Once trying to access the reports a new window opens up with blank page and no error messages are shows. Meanwhile, I can access all the reports.

Anyone have experienced the same issue? sap notes?

Thank you for all the suggestions. What fixed the issue is adjusting settings in Account Preference in BI Launchpad.

Settings:

Preferred Viewing Locale: English

Product Locale: Enlish

check the browser network and console once.

Any errors or APIs giving 500 response

Can you simulate the user account and try, to just to clarify user rights are not affecting? And also switch the user to HTML mode and try? May be java is blocking in user machine.
