Cloud Foundry - Launchpad Site - Custom Icons

Hello Experts,

I am working on SAP Cloud Foundry - Launchpad Site and trying to create tiles for external sites. There is a requirement to put custom icons for such tiles.

I found the following SAP help document to create custom visualization for tiles SAP Launchpad Service - Implement a Custom Visualization

Since it is a custom visualization, a custom icon is also possible with it.

Question: Is there any direct way of putting custom icons on tiles instead of creating entire custom visualization, as loading tiles with custom visualization comparatively takes a very long time.

Hi shubham_27d94,

not sure if this is what you need, but if you create the Tile / App yourself manually in the Site Manager you should be able to just put URLs into the Icon parameter, that point to an icon.

e.g. https://www.sap.com/dam/application/shared/logos/sap-logo-svg.svg/sap-logo-svg.svg (just copied this from sap.com header)
