Configure Solution manager 7.2 connectivity with Service Now for Alerts

Hi,

I am looking how to configure the connectivity between Solution Manager and Service Now so that Solution manager Monitoring alerts from the alert inbox will be connected Service now / so that alert will also be generated in Service now

If you want to integrate a 3rd Party Tool (e.g. Service Now)  for your alerts in System Monitoring, this is described under the section" Send SNMP trap to third party tool"
