CPI Enterprise Edition - Subaccount per service

According to the service description guidelines, as part of the CPI Enterprise Edition, we are allowed to use the following:

  • CPI - Unlimited connections and 1TB bandwidth
  • APIM - 5 million calls/month
  • Enterprise Messaging - 150 gb/month

Do I have to use all these services under the same subaccount? Or can I create separate subaccounts for each services?

For eg: Is the following setup possible/allowed?

  • Global Account - CPI Enterprise Edition
  • Subaccount 1 - CPI
  • Subaccount 2 - APIM
  • Subaccount 3 - Enterprise Messaging

Thanks,

Harsh

Hi Harsh,

I have not tried this but below are my findings during provisioning of all these services in few clients' landscape.

-CPI and Enterprise Messaging are enabled during the provisioning of Process Integration service and hence can't be hosted on different sub accounts. This enterprise messaging is different than Enterprise messaging you see on Global account. It is dedicated to process Integration to enable JMS queues and message store.

- As above tenant has enterprise license and hence APIM will also be on same sub-account again which will be with 5 M calls /pm.
