Custom pdf form not generating preview.

Hi Experts,

I have created this custom adobe form upon a custom BO.To call the form I have added an EC in the Opportunity TI screen and calling the form on click of a button. I have deployed the solution post form generation and binded the data model with the custom BO. But the form is not getting generated and stuck in the UI screen with the message "Generating preview..."

Dear Priyanka,

Most of the time this error message comes,because of the preview functionality in the custom OWL screen of a custom form is currently restricted.

You can use the preview functionality from the QAF(Quick Activity Floorplan) screen for a custom form in a custom screen. So configure the preview functionality in the QAF screen and check if it works.

Hi Anant,

The requirement is to embed the button in standard Opportunity TI screen. So i have created one EC and added a button there and calling the PDF Form. And i have embedded the custom EC in the TI screen from extensibility explorer.

I am not working with the QAF screen here.
