there is a customer who is out of contract with SAP. For them to have solution manager monitoring as a managed service we need to understand if there should not be any problem with SAP given that they are out of support by SAP.
Also, is there any additional measures need to take care in case we need to onboard such customers with Solution Manager monitoring as solution manager as a managed service.
