DataServices 4.1 not starting

Hi Experts,

My System has been upgraded to windows 7.2.1 recently, My previous version was Windows 7.0.

I have re-installed DataServices 4.1 SP1 client in my upgraded system and it is not working. It is giving me the following error

It was working fine in my previous set-up. Can anybody help me to understand the issue.

Hi,

The issue was solved, there were few corrupt windows file, reimaging my Laptop solved the problem.

Hi Biswas,

Please check the Visual C++ Package in your windows 7 machine and update accordinlgy.

Install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package from the following link.

http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=26347 

Be sure to choose the package that is appropriate to your CPU architecture, ie. 32-bit vs 64-bit.

Hi Daya,

My Machine is a 64bit machine. Checked for Visual C++ redistributable package, I have 2008 x64 and 2010 x64 version in it.

I reinstalled Visual C++ 2010 x64 but it still did not resolve my problem.
