Hello,

Many Thanks markus.tolksdorf, ulrich.schmidt and vanshika.band for you assistance.

Hello vanshika.band

Thanks for helping.

I checked the information or settings (if the user of the sub-account is associated with SAC, the host of the region, etc.)

I ran the tests again and this time I get another error.

When I open the ljs_trace.log file, I see lots of warnings that I don't understand.

Hi Markus,

Absolutely I think it's because of the configuration. I'll open a ticket to see.

Many thanks for your support.

Hi RAVIKANT,

I put the right parameters (Subaccount, Region host) listed on SAC but it doesn't work.

Hi Souleymane,

I guess you need to open a ticket for a more detailed investigation. Support is not really possible via answers.sap.com. There is obviously something really wrong with your setup

Best regards,
Markus

Hi Souleymane,

Internet Explorer is no longer supported. Chrome works fine for me for region selected by you. Can you open the developer tools using F12 in Chrome and check which errors are showing up? Furthermore, once developer tools are open and when clicking the reload longer, you get a context menu, in which you can choose "Empty cache and hard reload". This will really remove everything ...

Best regards
Markus

Hi Makus,

I tested with Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer.

As a reminder, I use version 2.15 of Cloud Connector.

Hi Markus and Ulrich,

I still get the same error after trying your solutions. I tried with other browsers.

This error can happen, when there are still old values in the browser cache. Try, whether this helps:

  • Delete the browser cache (the precise procedure depends on the browser being used here)
  • Close browser and open a fresh one
  • Login to SCC UI and select the desired "Region" again from the dropdown-list

could you please clear your Browser cache and try again?
