Are there any challenges or issues if we migrate from BO 4.2 to BO 4.3 , Can someone please help me on this ?
There are a lot of issues with 4.3 SP2 Patch6, especially with non-administrator accounts performing some tasks starting with logging to BO to not being able to modify the recurring instances if there are more than 100 recurring instances for a report. We are seeing many error messages such as Internal errors, You do not have access to the data provider( though the user has required access, the result shows different output compared to the prompts entered, and sometimes wrong output when exported to excel. Initially, we thought that the browser's cache clearing and clearing Tomcat's cache resolved these issues, but they seem to have worked only for some time and users are seeing the issue again. These issues were not caught during out testing period where we used 4.3 SP2 Patch2 for most of the testing period. I m not sure if Patch6 is culprit ,but we are in the midst of finding solution for these problems.

There will be challenges.
You should install BI 4.3 on a test server and review it, so you can see for yourself what will be challenging for your organization.

Thanks for your comment on this , The installation is done and we have test server with on sand box system 4.3.
Our migration is planned in December, where we have to upgrade our BO server from 4.2 SP9 Patch 10 to 4.3 SP2 patch 06.
Would there be any challenges post migration and while upgrading. Could you please elaborate any challenges which you are already aware.
As Denis said, you will need to review it.
The change in the BI Launchpad front end and Web Intelligence are probably going to be the biggest challenge as the Fiori interface is completely different than the old interface.
