Download File to XLSX

Hi all,

I have the following queries.

I am using the MS_EXCEL_OLE_STANDARD_DAT function to download a file to Excel but I need to prevent the download from showing the contents of the file on the screen, is there any parameter for this?

Another problem I have with the same thing is that I need the Excel to be downloaded to be . XLSX and not .XLS, I don't know if this is the right feature for that since it always brings me down to .XLS.

That's very old and OLE is the worst possible solution. Better use modern solutions like CL_SALV_TABLE and method TO_XML (choosing XLSX format). See the forum.
