This is regarding TREX issue for E-Recruiting solution. We have a situationat a customer site where the current indexes are huge in size (~ 2.5 million records), This is causing corruption of indices and performance issues during delta indexing. We need help to split the indexes based on attributes. Has anyone done this earlier? Any suggestions or guide to do this step would be helpful.
Hi,
please keep in mind that SES based indexes are not supporting splitting.
eRecruiting 6.04 can be based - depnding on your configuration . on SES.
That's why you cannot split the index.
Best regards
Frank

Hi Ritesh,
From the Landscape Tab of the Index Topic you can right click on the index and select split/merge. This will generate a pop-up that will let you split the index. You can use partition spec HASH and split on attributes. You can help by clicking the help button. I typically split indices using roundrobin so I can not offer more help.
Best regards,
Duncan
