Edit mode is not available for SAP Fiori app

Hello All

I am trying to edit in SAP Fiori app called "Display master inspection characteristics" but it is saying "Edit mode is not available for your user". So how should I provide the access to edit this app.

Hello Gautam,

if this Fiori App is designed to manage Edit mode, there is a missing authorization in backend role assigned to your user.

Check this missing authorization with SU53 transaction.

We've done a full authorisation trace on this issue and there are no errors.

Hello Bartosz,

if there is no authorization error (SU53), error comes from Fiori App itself: either in OData service or in HTML5 (UI).

Make your own checks.
