Email resending through ias with error

hello.

Would anyone know how to answer me why this is happening with the IAS. And how to solve it?

Because some customers did not receive e-mails to be able to validate the passwords and soon, I thought about resending the e-mails so that they can do this.

Hi Leandro,

Have a look at this note: https://me.sap.com/notes/3189651/E

you might have configured custom mail templates or custom email server.

It's also useful to check the troubleshooting logs to identify the issue.
