Enable/Disable action buttons in list report page based on conditions using sap cap annotations

Hello All,

Is it possible to hide/unhide the action buttons in the list report table header page based on conditions, like if the product owner have already raised the product order for the particular product, the raise product order button has to be hidden for that particular person?
