Garbled characters in CHARM document description

I came across an interesting error. I see a bunch of garbled characters in between the Document No, Status and description of the change document. The characters appear when I try to save the change document and it does not happen all the time.

So the change document looks like NC ( Project) 6000000418, New

instead of NC (Project): 6000000418, New

Has anyone come across similar issue in CHARM, Solution Manager 7.2

The issue is resolved, OSS Note 2389842 addressed this issue.
