Global Account Administration Role Collection for Free Trial Account

Hi experts, I want to ask a question, is free tier account have or can access Global Account Administration Collection? I want to grant my partner the access to my global account for maintenance support, but I couldn't find those role collection. With that in mind I've another question how to grant other account your global account access if your account is free tier? Thanks I hope you can help me.

In the Security section on the Global Account level you find the Role Collections. They can be assigned to any user from the Default identity provider (SAP-ID) or a custom IAS instance:

In my free trial account I cannot find the role collection in the global account level, it only exists in subaccount level
