HCI -> Subscription Model -> Messages -> Quota

Hello All ,

We have SAP HCI Subscription Model with 2 tenants . This has given us 20000 messages . I understand that

1 Block is equal to 10000 messages . As we have 2 Tenants , we have got 20K Messages .

We have divided this as 5000 and 15000 between DEV and PRD tenants .

My question would the number of messages used up reset back to 0 ? If yes , would that happen ?

Would it be every year (based on contract start date) ?

Hi, we use CPEA, the usage is month based, every month return to zero.
