How can we Limit users who can save Public views

In Focused Build Test Suite Dashboard we want to limit who can save Public Views.

We did look for some Role that could be used to limit the users, but without luck.

How can we achieve this?

Please follow this, create new role with these auth objects & restrict users in creating public views,
