How to edit a language dependent description in a BO header with abap programming model for fiori?

Let's say we have plan header table and language dependent plan text table.

When i enter a description for this plan in my Fiori elements app, it should create an entry in language dependent plan text table?

With fiori-element, CDS and BOPF as our framework, how can we edit/create a language dependent text that is shown in header facet in standard? Is there a way to do it out of the box from the framework with annotations?

The requirement is to have logon language dependent description field to be stored by the user. The field has its own entity and database table. We wish store description online by user.
