How to send an attachment in the email task of SAP-BTP Workflow?

Hi,

I am working on the requirement where the attachment needs to be sent to the user after completion of the approval process, but I couldn't find a way to do so. For showing the attachment in workflow user task, we have to use DMS, but how to send it as an attachment in the email by using email task?

Hello Renuka,

Attachments are not possible via Email task in Workflow. You have to build a Node.js application or as explained above an integration suite or any other application which can send email with the HTML script and attachments. You can then call that service from workflow using service task.
