I attended HR800 last week. Today, I got a notice that my demo site was going to expire, but I could extend it by using the self-serve Demo Request Tool. When I try to access it, I get an error saying I'm logged in as the S user associated with my company's instance and customers are not allowed to access that portal. When I respond to the email, I just get a bounce back. Any ideas on how to get my instance extended?
