Integration Suite Console Not Loaded

Hi, I have created a Trail Account to access Integration suite. I have created SubAccount with Region as Singapore.

I have done the steps as mentioned in the below URL

Once Integration suite was available, I tried launching the application, a new tab was opened but the page is not loaded and in the URL address bar I see below URL (Notice that you can see Unauthorized)

Steps I tried so-far

• Cleared cache from browser, re-opening the browser
• Restarting my system
• Deleting the BTP trial account and re-creating a new one

Even after trying above steps there is no luck and I am stuck this for the past two days. Any help will be much appreciated

Hi Bhaskar,

Please check if you have the required Role Collection Integration_Provisioner assigned to your user.

Please refer to Set Up Integration Suite Trial for steps.

Solution is

• Select Security > Users in SAP BTP Cockpit console. Choose the entry against your name. In the Role Collections section, choose Assign Role Collection
• Select Integration_Provisioner. Choose Assign Role Collection
