Hi,
I am trying to update my integration suite (Integration suite (istudio dev) ) from free plan to standard plan, but facing following error, and i've waited for about 1 month's time, the decommissioning process seems not completed.
I raised my issue to BTP support, they told that the integration suite not connecting the btp,
Not sure anyone knows this issue?

You can't subscribe to the service as decommissioning is in progress. Please try again after decommissioning is completed.
