Lumira Edge CS license -> Lumira 2.0

Scenario:

Lumira 1.31 with Server for Teams (Lumira Edge CS license). The mainstream support of both these products ends at 29.06.2018.

Does this license allow the conversion of Lumira 1.31 content to Lumira 2.0 content or a separate/new license needs to be purchased?
