Our organization has been using OAWD as a means to kick start a workflow that goes to our AP team for invoice processing. The person who initiates the workflow in OAWD is expected to attach a PDF copy of the invoice.
Is there any way to enable the initiator user to attach multiple documents per work item? Currently it only accepts 1 per and I see no obvious configuration setting to change this. Searches online have not given me any answers.
This has become a somewhat urgent change as the "work around" was to use Adobe PDF Portfolios to group multiple documents, however these do not open in Chromium browsers and with the expanded use of Fiori/My Inbox, this is problematic.
If this is not doable within standard config, I am open other creative suggestions 🙂
We are on ECC 6.8, GUI 7.60 (happy to provide further system specs if required).
