Not able to delete SAP Business One License

Hi experts! I'm facing an issue when I try to delete a license on the portal.

I have a test system (soon to be deleted) with 3 SAP B1 Professional User licenses so the first thing i did was un-assign those licenses in SAP B1, then I logged into the portal to delete the record following the steps provided:

To delete an existing license key, check the box to the left of the line item and hit the trash can icon. Then click Generate to complete the action.

But I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, after following these steps I get an error saying that a Professional User or Starter pack should be selected (please see the attached screenshots).

I can't move forward and in my understanding even if the license it's flagged for deletion is not and won't be deleted.

Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm accessing to the license request through SAP for me and using that platform for almost everything. I also tried to access directly through the support platform but it redirects me to SAP for me for this license issue and i get the same error every time. Maybe i should try to directly delete the system. Do you know if deleting the system deletes the license file too? I know this is not a good practice but i can't find a way to solve this problem.

Hi,

Sounds like a problem with the website. Probably best to contact SAP Support about this.

They will either confirm that it is a bug on the website, or they will be able to tell you what you are doing wrong.
