Personas Health Check in SP15 - Package & Level (Component) - Yellow Light

When we do a Health Check on Our Personas SP15 implementation, we are getting the a "Yellow traffic Light" on the "System Status" tab on the following component. Any idea on how to make it "Green Again"? I don't think it is anything fatal, but it's really distracting...

This is because the Health Check cannot download the SP15 master note, thus it doesn't know if the current SP is supported.

For those two lights to turn green, you would need to get at least this note loaded into the system. For that, both the /PERSONAS/ namespace and the PERSONAS software component must be set to modifiable. Plus, if there is still any problem with downloading Personas notes, the SAP_BASIS software component should be set to 'restricted modifiability', and the General SAP Name Range /0SAP/ should also be modifiable, if I remember correctly.

Thanks tamas.hoznek .. By SP15 mater note, are you referring to 3201065 (3201065 - SAP Screen Personas 3.0 SP15: Released Notes Information)? We downloaded the note, but the implementation state of the note (via SNOTE) is "Cannot be implemented"?

Yes, that's the one.

It doesn't contain correction instructions so it cannot be implemented - but it is the basis of health check functions such as the support information and the list of notes for Note Check.
