I have booked an CQC GoLive Service . I cannot complete the requested preparation although i have successfully solved all problems and the managed system has only "green" lights except for the preparation step. in the Service Delivery Readiness Check of the SelfDiagnosis.
SAP says, that this task is mandatory to be able to deliver the service. So i need to know what else to do.
Dear customer,
you need to complete the so called "Guided Preparation".
Please perform below steps in your Solution Manager system:
SM_WORKCENTER->SAP Engagement & Service Delivery->Active Sessions->enter the Service Order ID (7******) as a value for 'Service Order' and pay attention on the other values->Search.
The related session should be returned so either click on it or select the line and select "change".
A popup with the guided preparation should open, go through the same and complete + save each step.
