not sure if this is the correct form but I am in need of some assistance. I am an ICT Servicedesk employee and one of our colleagues is having an issue in SAP that I cannot seem to solve. I am also not knowledgeable in SAP so not sure where the problem could be. The SAP team cannot help us since they don't know the issue.
The colleague wants to print invoices but when he does, the first page is skipped and not printed at all.
I checked his pc settings but all seems to be correct. What could be the problem here?
