Provisioning issues with HANA Data Lake (EU10)

Hello all - we are currently investigating issues where the provisioning process is not completing for a newly created HANA Data Lake on the EU10 trial landscape. The status in the SCP Cockpit will show as "Creating" but will not complete (ie. will never go to "Running" status). Note that if you have a subaccount on US10 trial landscape as well, the problem does not happen there. I will update this post once the issue on EU10 trial has been resolved.

Hello again - the HANA Data Lake (HDL) provisioning issues on EU10 have now been resolved. We have also fixed the HDL instances that were created during the "problematic" timeframe. If you are still encountering any issues with HDL on EU10, please be sure to post a message in the Community so that we can investigate further. Thanks for your continued support of SAP HANA Cloud.
