"Mobile Services Cockpit - Trial" version warning "Missing Core Services"

Dear Experts,

We would like to use "Mobile Services Cockpit - Trial" version before we plan for a BTP (Business Technology Paltform) purchase model from SAP.

In BTP cockpit, we've created a "instance" for service "Mobile Services". And after clicking the "instance", the web interface "Mobile Services - Trial" cockpit opened with warning "Your space is not correctly configured. The following problems were found: Missing Core Services".

Any idea to fix the issue?

Additional information, you can find in the attached screenshot.

Thanks & best regards

Sreenu

Do you see CF runtime entitlements added to your BTP subaccount and also the memory quota showing for your space? (Check screenshots attached in this reply)

Yeah, the "CF Runtime" entitlement and "Space Org. Quota" already added to the Subaccount. Please check the below screenshots. Thank you.

Looking at the screenshot https://community.sap.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/105655i704B0F420DA4ABFF/image-size/large?v=v2..., there is currently no application (it shows 0 started, 0 stopped apps) in your space. In general, you would see BindMobileApplicationRoutesToME listed under applications in the space cockpit when creating a BTP trial account. In your case, It didn't happen due to some reasons. I will forward this thread to our experts from mobile services to share what can be done here.

@Sreenu In general, when signing up for a BTP Trial, all the required resources (such as Cloud Foundry runtime) for SAP Mobile Services are automatically added. Looking at the screenshot, CF runtime entitlement seems missing.  You can find the details on how to add missing entitlement on trial account in this tutorial.

Hi Jitendra, thank you for the reply. CF Environment available as default for the BTP Trial account and to add it to the "Mobile Services" entitlement, we've enabled it. Maybe, something has to be adjusted in Mobile Services Cockpit? Additional information on the issue, you can find in the new attachments of my post. Thank you, Sreenu
