目前的S4HC版本没有API可以直接用于外部审批，但是有另外一个方法提供参考，需要你这边验证
“You can implement the process by use
of workflow restart and routing it to auto approval. First of all you have to
send a PO in external approval. You can do it by definition a relevant custom
field for external approval and setting it in UI during creation of PO or in
the Modify BADI. You can also introduce another custom field ‘Externally
approved’ which you will set by API after external approval was done. There is
a cloud BADI to handle workflow restart at PO change during approval. Here you
can program on the custom field ‘Externally approved’. As soon as custom fields
were defined you can implement corresponding workflow custom start conditions
for starting external approval WF at create PO use case and for restarting an
automatic approval WF after a relevant PO was approved externally.”
