Add Field from Custom BO to Standard BO

Hi,

I have a Custom BO and I want to show one field from Custom BO in the standard BusinessPartner BO.

Is this possible?

Hello 63abapdeveloper,

It depends on what you mean exactly - would you like to display the field from the custom BO in the UI? Then you would need to create an EC and embed that into the related UI. 

You can also create a new extension field in the BusinessPartner BO and use that instead or have a script logic to copy the custom BO field data into the extension field from the BusinessPartner object instance.

Hi Thiago, when I create an EC, I only can embe the view as a new tab. But I need this field on the header view. If I create a new extension field, I dont have the event afterloading. I only want to show some data here. KR Mehmet

Hello Mehmet,

Depending on the screen, you can embed the EC on the TI screen, at the header.
Can you please share an screenshot of the screen where you would like the field to be placed?
