This sounds a bit like the change implemented by note 3395784 is not reflected in all calling (or called) function models. First step would be to double-check if all the prerequisite notes (like 2651098 up to NW 753) have been implemented in their latest version.
If this is the case you should open a ticket at SAP because then it is possible that some prerequisite is missing in note 3395784...
