Blank Screen appears after login screen on Hand Scanner /Mobile for Slipstreams.

Dear Experts,

We have a strange issue, currently the Slipstream on Hand Scanner / Mobile is showing us a Blank Screen after Login.

I have also tested with custom Flavor which fits exactly the Hand Scanner Display area but still the same blank screen.

Strange thing is, the same application works well for our Test System i.e the Slipstream login URL of Test system works but not the Production.

We havent seen this problem in Desktop Browser for both Production and Test System Slipstream links.

Any inputs would be highly appreciated. Many thanks

Note: We are currently on Screen Personas 3.0 SP09 and in a process to Upgrade to SP12.

Is the kernel release / PL the same between Production (where it doesn't work) and Test (where it does)?

Any errors in the browser console in Production?

Hello Tamas,

The Kernel Version is same in both Production and Test. There were no errors reported in console , the ICM trace is attached . Could you let me know if there are any Transactions to find out Logs?
